HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER
Orders can be placed by phone, fax, mail or email. Stock items normally ship within 48 hours. Non-stock items and special order items will be given an estimated ship date. Special order items are non-cancel, non-return after placement of order.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Most
major credit cards, personal checks, money orders, bank checks and COD are
acceptable methods of payment. Purchase Orders from federal and state agencies
are acceptable, as well as
other businesses upon credit approval. Terms assigned for approved credit are
either Net 15 days or Net 30 days.
SALES TAX
California sales tax will be added to all shipments within the state of California. Exceptions will be orders from the federal government and organizations that provide a copy of their resale certificate.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
All shipments are made F.O.B. origin via UPS Ground service. Faster methods are available at additional charge if requested at the time the order is placed.
RETURNS
Policy for returns is in effect for the first 30 days on regular stock products, with a 15% Re-Stock Fee. There is no provision for returns past the first 30 days on regular stock products. Special order items are not returnable. Refunds will be made, less the 15% Re-Stock Fee, upon product being returned in new condition, including all original boxes, manuals, instruction tapes, etc. No refunds will be made on partial returns. Carefully package item(s) to prevent damage in transit. Send the package prepaid freight and insured. Please include a copy of your sales receipt. We are not responsible for items poorly packaged or that are lost in transit by the shipping service you use. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Follow the manufacturers’ service instructions. Warranty will vary by product and manufacturer.
