The HoverCam T5-V Document Camera

T5V has the same retractability, portability, and high resolution 5 megapixel lens as the T5. The T5V, however, comes with some special adjustments and patent pending accessories for visually impaired users.

Special focusing adjustment to ensure acquisition of a clear picture at fully extended camera position and even within a 6" retractable range.
The depth of field of this camera accommodates uneven surfaces making it an adaptive device for visually impaired customers to use anytime anywhere.
Braille enabled positioning mat, making it easier for the user to position the camera and the document.
Special Anchoring Bumper making it easy for the users calibrate the positioning of the device and the document to automatically achieve straightening or cropping.

eClipseWriter Provides Three Unique Tools In One Application

1. Read Only Mode is tailored for high quality Scanning and Reading applications. All functions are controlled from the PC Keyboard Number PAD allowing novice or non-computer users to operate eClipseWriter as a simple scan and read machine.

2. Word Processor Mode includes all scan and read features plus a powerful reading and writing tool compatible with a wide range of document formats including: MS Word, Word DocX, HTML, XML, RTF, Dtbook, Text, and PDF. eClipseWriter’s automated Save As Daisy document conversion wizard provides simple and fast daisy book production for personal use.

3. Advanced Book Producer Mode enables features designed for the professional Daisy Book producer. Output formats include: DAISY 2.02, DAISY 3, DAISY 2005, NIMAS DTBook. Book type options include text only and full text and synchronized audio. Audio formats include MP3, WMA, WAV, OGG and ASF. eClipseWriter automatically generates audio play-lists in the daisy book production process.
